Salon Policies

VMZ Beauty Studio requires a credit card to hold each appointment. In the event that you have to cancel or reschedule an appointment a 48 hour notice is required.

• If your appointment is cancelled in LESS than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, your card will be charged for the full amount of the services booked.
• No shows and same day cancellations are clouded under this policy and will be charged the full amount of the services booked.
• Fee must be paid in full first to re-book.
• Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment we will not be able to guarantee that you will receive the full services scheduled.
• By booking an appointment with us you are agreeing to the cancellation and salon policies

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your overall experience here at VMZ Beauty Studio! We know that your hair is important to you, it is to us as well! We want you to have the best experience from the moment you step through the door until the moment you check out!

As professionals, we strive to communicate how important it is to take the most healthy and realistic approach to achieving your hair goals! If you are not happy with your experience, we will make any necessary adjustments so you can leave the salon feeling amazing! After all, our goal is to build a long lasting relationship with you and be your most trusted salon for life!

• We do not issue refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your hair we would love to make adjustments for you within 10 days of your original service!
• We can not perform any redo services if you or another stylist makes adjustments to your hair.
• Your color, keratin or extensions service will only be guaranteed if you invest in the recommended products directly from our salon. If you do not invest in the recommended products we can not perform any redo services complimentary.
• Some complex or corrective color services may require multiple visits/services to achieve. Your stylist will tell you directly if your goal cannot be achieved in one sitting.
• No color service is guaranteed if you have box color present in your hair since box color has an inconsistent nature.
• Please note our 72 hour cancellation policy, we do require a 72 hour notice for all cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
